Our Work Speaks Volumes

A collection of spaces we've been lucky enough to bring to life. Each project's got its own story, challenges, and those little victories that make this work worth doing.

Muskoka Lakefront Retreat

We took this dated cottage and turned it into something that actually fits how people wanna live now. Tons of glass facing the water, natural materials throughout - it's cozy without feeling stuffy.

King Street Innovation Hub

Downtown Toronto needed more flexible workspace, and this old warehouse had good bones. We kept the character but made it work for tech companies who need room to grow and adapt.

West Coast Climate Centre

This one's basically a living lab for sustainable tech. Green roof, solar arrays, rainwater harvesting - the whole nine yards. Visitors can see exactly how it all works together, which I think is pretty cool.

Yorkville Penthouse

High-rise living doesn't have to feel cold and sterile. We played with warm woods, custom millwork, and some clever storage solutions to make this place feel like an actual home rather than a hotel suite.

Junction Triangle Master Plan

Working with the city to reimagine this industrial area wasn't exactly simple. We focused on creating mixed-use spaces where people can actually live, work, and hang out without needing to drive everywhere. Still a work in progress, but it's getting there.

Harbourfront Bistro

The owner wanted something that felt upscale but approachable - not an easy balance. We went with natural textures, good lighting that actually works, and an open layout that lets the kitchen become part of the show.

Rosedale Net-Zero Home

Convincing a client to go full net-zero in an established neighborhood takes some doing. But now their energy bills are basically nothing, and the house is stupid comfortable year-round. Worth the extra planning phase for sure.

Mixed-Use

Leslieville Commons

Ground-floor retail with apartments above isn't exactly revolutionary, but doing it in a way that feels connected to the neighborhood vibe takes some thought. Lots of setbacks, public space, and materials that match what's already there.

Forest Hill Renovation

Sometimes you just need to work with what's there. This 1950s house had great proportions - we opened up some walls, added skylights, and kept the original hardwood. Client wanted modern but not cold, and I think we nailed it.
