5 WELL CertifiedThe most ambitious standard out there. Net-positive energy, zero waste, biophilic design. We're working on our second LBC project now and it's pushing us in ways we didn't expect. That's a good thing.
1 Complete | 1 In ProgressThis 12-story residential tower taught us a lot about what works in Toronto's climate. LEED Platinum, Passive House certified, and the residents actually love it. That last part's rare.
